    Hi,

Having trouble with the form not displaying at all on mobile devices.

I am using Adobe Muse CC (responsive) to build the website.

I have three breakpoints set for different screen resolutions 725, 1030 & 1200+

This is the actual page, works fine on desktop browsers, but not mobile apparently.

I have selected "Yes" to responsive in Jotform preferences and even tried adding the widget to see if that would work, but no luck so far.

Here's the link to the website page in question:

    Thanks!

I was able to view your form using my Android device (5.5") so I think you've sorted this already. The issue is actually related your Muse settings and not with the form. I think it's the breakpoint afterall that is causing this in the Adobe Muse website(s). If the screen resolution is manually set, you can find the sizes at the following websites:

    http://stephen.io/mediaqueries/

    https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/

If they are predefined in Adobe Muse, please make sure to select the smaller ones to make sure the form will appear in mobile.

I think the problem is caused by JotForm. I'm using standard breakpoints 1024,768, 550 320. I tried everything but it did not work. The form shows only at the largest breakpoint. When I look at the preview and I increase the screen the form disappears. When I decrease the screen the form stays away. It is rather disapointing. In the old version of muse with separate pc/tablet/Phone settings jotform worked perfect.

The answers given by the jotform team were not very helpfull. A responsive form should be responsive in every breakpoint (except the very small ones).

The standard muse formwidget appears correct in the several breakpoints, I wonder if jotform has done its utmost to solve the problem. There are more jotform customers with the same problem I have seen at the internet.

    I'm building a site

http://test-feb252016-251.businesscatalyst.com/energiecoach.html  The form does not appear on my iPad not in the landscape position and not in the portait position.
