Uploading Images

    I need people to upload images they take on smartphone just one image per form but one person said when she tried it keeps saying image too large. 

    I could use it no issue, what is max size to attach?

    Hi,

    You can look at your form settings for uploading files by going to form builder and clicking on File upload part of your form.

    1. Click on File upload.

    2. Click on Max File Size and change value that suites you. Default value for Max File Size is 1MB(1024 KB) maximum value you can set is 1GB (1048576 KB).

     

    You have to increase this value to be larger than your users image size and it should solve your problem.
