Pero como se hace para volver a Premium después
¿a donde hay hay ir para cambiar de profesional a premium?

As of the moment direct switching from a Premium to Professional account or vice versa is not possible. To upgrade or downgrade from Professional or Premium you will need to cancel the existing subscription first and then re upgrade to the desired level of subscription.
For example if you wish to upgrade from Premium to Professional then first you will need to cancel existing Premium subscription.
Your JotForm subscription is paid using Credit Card which is handled by Plimus. To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.
Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
After you complete the cancellation process you can then re upgrade to the Professional package.
