I am not sure what folders you are referring to, but if you are referring to a folder inside an integration such as Dropbox or Google Drive, then yes - you can set the folder name to be the answer from any question on your form.

As an example, when setting up your integration, please click on the pencil-shaped icon of the submission name, and set it to your desired unique answers you will be receiving on the form, such as Correo electronico:

If you were asking about some other kind of folder name, please describe what you are looking for in a little more detail, and we will be happy to help.

Thank you Boris. I saw that option. My problem is that I have 32 options for a question. The users could to choose 5 options maximum of them. Then, I need to save data (PDF) in 5 folders with the name of the option. Basically:

I have a option : A B C and I have the folders A B C . If the user select A, B and C in that question, I need to replicate the same data in corresponding folder as the option selected.

    Is that possible?

Thank you very much again and have a very good day !

    Cheers !

Unfortunately, it is not possible to conditionally upload specific submissions to specific group of folders. You can upload your submissions on 3rd party storage services, but they'll only have 1 main folder (root folder) and the submission folders (each submission will have their own folders). You can also set no submission folder, however, all submission PDF and file uploads will be on the main folder in an unorganized way.

In Google Drive integration, if you name the submission folders using a drop down field, all of the submissions will be placed on the same folder, given that they have selected the same drop down options. Here's an example form: https://form.jotform.com/60521665166960. I have set the submission folder name to my drop down field named "Groups".

I have 3 submissions, 1 submission selected "A" on the drop down, 2 submissions have selected "B". It created submissions folders with those options.

However, if you open my submission folder "B", noticed that the 2 submissions have the same file names "B".

There might also be a risk of a file being overwritten if they have the same file names, although in my case it didn't happen.

The integration was not designed to organize the submissions on specific group of folders, however, if you want, we can forward this to our developers as a feature request, but please note that we are unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon.
