Request change of JotForm username

    Change Username in Profile

    We are in need of changing the username in our profile, due to a change in positions.

    Our current username is lucasalmonte and needs to be changed to SGAPresident. Please let me know if any additional information on my end is needed. Please confirm once the changes have been made.
