I have been working on a form for several hours and I can't find it.  I have the email code for my account.

I thought Jot form could help me plan intervention as a speech pathologist but I don't know where all the hours of workI have just done have gone.  I can't find the account tab for the code you emailed:  56b5fd3e93fba58b8163b4b80005672b

Am a bit confused, but if your product is not the one for me, I would love to have all my work on the template back!

    Thank you

    Hello AllTalkSpeech,

I did check your account "Revision History" and found that you have created only two forms and they are still there in your account:

    Communication Early Intervention Plan:  http://www.jotform.co/form/60512382081851

    Title Me:  http://www.jotform.co/form/60472502858862

Are you missing any other form? If you are still not able to see these forms, I would suggest you to sign out from your account and then sign in again with your username "AllTalkSpeech" and you should be ale to see your forms.

    Thank you!
