About upload picture

Hai,  I have a problem obut file upload tool, I've made a form with existing guidance and the outcome was successful
can also auto post, but I have constraints on akhr result of the upload tool, because its appearance is not an image but url link, what's wrong on my steps and the like where the way it should be ??
