I have new form set up to colelct payment using Paypal, This is set up to send notificaiton to ean email address with booking details, conatct details, etc of customer. However, when filled out, it redirects to paypal page, you enter your payment details and then submit the form . The payment goes through ok, you receive email from paypal to confrim but no jotform is ever recieved.
Is this a bug or do different settings need t be added when using paypal?

Let me get things straight. When you say "no jotform is ever received", are you referring to the notification mail or the submission entry on your form's submissions page?
Either way, the problem has something to do with your Paypal account's IPN settings. Paypal needs to know our IPN URL so it will notify our servers whenever a payment is succesfully made. If it fails to notify our servers about the transaction or if the user does not complete the payment, the submission is dumped onto the Incomplete Payments folder on your form's submissions page.
Kindly inform us if you're still having difficulties.
