I don´t have user name in zoho. How the integration works?

You can use your email address to integrate your form to zoho crm. You will have to enable the Two-Factor Authentication setting of your zoho crm and here are the steps you should follow:
#1. Click on the following URL to go to your account's Authentication settings: https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/authentication
#2. Click on "Manage Application Specific Passwords" button
#3. In the new window, please input the device name and your zoho account password and generate the device specific password.
#4. Now with this password you should be able to integrate your form with zoho crm. Please check the screenshot below:

thank you so much!!!! it works great!!! I tought this will be more easy, where can I see my contacts on the CRM? :(

To see your contacts in Zoho crm, simply login to your ZOHO CRM account here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/lp/login.html, then click the Contacts button as seen below.
