When we reply to submission emails, it sends email to noreply@ email address.Asked by raisingaidfordogsatrisk on February 21, 2016 at 06:16 PM
As of about 3 hours ago, it appears that when we reply to a form it is being sent to email@example.com instead of the sender's email. Our forms were working fine yesterday.
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you go to your form's submission page and click on the reply button, it sends the email to "firstname.lastname@example.org"?
I did check your form's and found that you have one notification email alerts and one form autoresponder. The sender email in one of your email alert "New Contact Form Email" is set as "email@example.com" but the reply to email is correct set as the email field of your form. When you reply to your submission email, it should correctly send the submission email to the email address of the user.
Can you please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
We will wait for your response.
