How can I add pictures to the drop down box field?

I need to add pictures to each response in a drop down box.  How do I do that?

Do you mean you want to add an image beside every options in the dropdown field? Unfortunately it is not possible to do that on the form builder. A possible workaround would be to use conditions to display each image depending on the selection from the dropdown field.

Simply add the images on your form builder and set them to hidden.

Then use conditions to show the image when a certain option is chosen in the dropdown field.
