Unfortunately, you cannot automatically apply a coupon code if the total is over a certain amount. For more information on adding coupons, please check out this guide: How To Add Coupon Code in the Payment Form
A possible workaround would be to add a condition when the total reaches a certain amount that will display a coupon code which the user can copy. Then they can just paste it in the Enter Coupon code field.
1. Add two fields to your form. The Total field grabs the total from the payment integration, while the coupon field displays the coupon code based on conditions.
2. Add the conditions required. Here's a guide to help you get started.

Then the user can simply copy the code seen in the coupon code and apply it in the Enter Coupon field.
