Separate Columns for Submission Payments in Excel or CSV Reports

I also have the same problem, and don't understand why 3 years is not enough time to figure out a better workaround than separating the data in XL. I have to report on the individual totals for multiple items that are all represented in ONE column in your report. I do this daily. No, repeating these steps in XL each day is not an adequate solution. Certainly if you concatenate fields to pass data to PayPal, you have the fields separately to report to you jot form users.

Unfortunately, the resulting data in Payment submissions are contained on single cell only because it was using the Payment tool's API and not just the interface in JotForm side alone.

So there must be a limitation on what the developer can achieve if the API (of payment tool) have restrictions and limitations as well.

I have submitted a feature request ticket to our higher team support base on your details here also.

Hopefully the feature can be considered and a developer will then be assign to work on it.

We cannot provide you with any ETA of delivery or even confirmation that this will be approved. But we will post notice on this thread for any news/updates on the status of this request.

    Regards,

Is there a way to add hidden fields that separate {byproducts} into individual fields of

    #input_37_1001,

    #input_37_quantity_1001_0,

    #input_37_1002,

    #input_37_quantity_1002_0

There is a manual way to achieve this using Excel data. You can review the solution provided by my colleague on this thread

    Thanks.

Yes, I have been separating data in Excel with jot form for years. However, now there are many persons in our organization running reports daily. I have supported excel macros to separate columns for ONE jotform, which is manageable. However, we have MULTIPLE forms with daily reports. This is a huge hit to our team and will result in switching to one of your competitors. There are MANY MANY forum incident requests all asking for the same thing-- a way to get this information in separate fields WITHOUT the XL workaround.

Could you please address my question instead of pointing me to a 3+ year old patch?

Is it possible to add hidden fields that separate {myproducts} into individual fields of

    #input_37_1001,

    #input_37_quantity_1001_0,

    #input_37_1002,

    #input_37_quantity_1002_0

You capture the input-- can I calculate a field based on this?

    Thank you for your help.
