auto saveAsked by secureform on February 22, 2016 at 01:00 PM
A User gets a one page form with 20 data sets to fill in. Half way the user stops or accidentally closes the window. Is there a way Jotform auto saves the form without using multiple pages so the user can continue where he/she left off? Again without multiple pages. Formstack has an option called partial submission but offcourse jotform is way cooler, right?
You can turn on auto fill feature in your form by going to Form builder in Preferences of your form.
Go to preferences and click on Advanced Settings and click on Edit Auto Fill Settings.
Auto fill forms Wizard should show up. Make sure that Auto fill field is Enabled.
You can tune settings for auto save as you can see from image.
You can save form data for user for maximum 4 weeks before it is deleted automatically.
Please let me know if this works for you.
