How come my "text" option does not show up on the notifier or autoresponder?

    I added text to my form, it's a section that talks about our terms and conditions, it shows up on the remote form ( via iPad) but not in the notifier email or the auto-respoder email?

    The problem is that text fields will not go through submission since they are not connected to some value.

    So you can either copy your terms and conditions and paste them inside of email notification body, or you can insert that text inside of text area and make it read only, so it will be submitted.
