    Test e-mail arrives but notification e-mails don't

    Form created and e-mail addresses place in notification envelop - No spam issue either.

    The test e-mail arrives without any problems. A submitted form didn't arrive (I used 2 different e-mail addresses to be sure of reception, but none got the e-mail notification). 

    Please provide me the code so I can contact my e-mail provider/hosting if it can't be solved otherwise.



    Additional info:

    I received the following message from my internet/e-mail provider after requesting their intervention:

    "After we check on server log, there is no record indicate the email was sent from Jotform to our server. "

    I made a test submission and the email was accepted by your email server. Here is the message:
