The Electronic Signature box, on both of our forms, is appearing as a broken image when the signed form is emailed to us. The form has been working fine. This began happening a few hours ago.

I did check your form's submission page and the eSignature seems to be captured correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
You seems to have 7 notifiers in your form. Please let us know which one is not sending the signature correctly and we will take a look. I also our email logs and last few submission emails does display the signatures correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

The signature is displaying correctly when I log into jotform, but not when I am emailed the form. Please see below.
The form is emailed to several different email addresses and all receive the broken image.

As I check the email history log I see that the images normally from my end as well. Could you check if you are able to see the images when this forum thread is loaded in your browser? Could you let us know if you are using any email client? If so, as I see the images provided by you, it looks like the email program is blocking the images to load. Please try logging into your email account using a browser window and see if it helps.

Images are still not loading in the emails we receive from jotform when someone has filled out our form and entered an electronic signature. The electronic signature box does not appear.
My supervisor receives the emails on his yahoo.com account. They are also sent to my business email and our gmail addresses--none can view the signature images.
Yes, the images can be viewed in the forum thread and email history log via the jotform website. But they are not appearing in the emails that we receive when someone fills out our form. Please see screenshot.
Since the images are being displayed properly on the browser, it seems that there is some issue with the email settings or email client. Could you let us know which email client (MS-Outlook, etc) that you are using? We also request you to check with the email technical support to see if some settings to be changed in order to display the images. Also, please try whitelisting JotForm IP addresses/domains to your email server which should help.

I use Outlook express. My supervisor logs in from his office to the Yahoo.com interface. And the other employees who receive the message log in to their gmail accounts. I do not understand how all these different email services could be experiencing a problem. We have used Jotform for years and never had an issue viewing the images before from the same email accounts.
This is strange. As per our email logs, all the signature images are displayed correctly. I am not sure why it is broken at your end.
Since we are unable to replicate the issue, I would suggest you to please forward one of such submission email to email@example.com with subject as "Thread #778565". We will take a look and report it to our backend team.
