I've been trying to register my daughter for the goal keeper session at Jeff Cup and I keep getting an error message and it tells me to go back and fix it but none of my information is wrong. I emailed Own the Goal and they fixed what seemed to be the problem but when I tried again it gave me a different message saying "the merchant login ID password is invalid or the account is inactive"
I understand that this session fills up fast and I would like to register her for the Friday 3:00 session. Please get back to me asap.Page URL:

I was not able to find JotForm form on webpage you provided.
However I recently replied to one other user that reported same issue and I think that you have issues with same form. Is this the form that you are unable to submit https://form.jotform.com/50814265097963?
If you have issues with this form, you need to contact the owner of that form and inform them that they did not set Authorize.net credentials in the payment integration.
I have searched forum threads and I found one thread from owner of the form. One of my colleagues inform them about missing credentials in form settings. Once owner of the form set Authorize.net credentials in the payment integration, you will be able to submit the form.
