Currently we have reached our monthly submissions of 1000. We expect this spike in submissions to only be for one month therefore would it be possible for us to upgrade our package to accommodate this increase for only one month (February)?
Also if we are able to increase our subscription for one month how are we billed for this as we currently have paid for the Bronze package for one year (ending in August 2016)?
Finally is there any option for an upgrade that is between 1000 and 10 000 submissions?

I see that you have already upgraded your account to Silver using PayPal. Since you want to have the Silver subscription only for one month, you may cancel this subscription from your PayPal dashboard to avoid automatic renewal. Please let us know once you've cancelled this Silver subscription at the end of subscription period, so that we can activate Bronze subscription on your account again.

We would like to cancel our Silver subscription however we are not able to do so on the billing page, now we have been invoiced for a second month at $39, invoice number: 20160830634. We note that you state that we have to do this through Pay Pal's dashboard we would like to know why this has to be done through them as Jotform is informing Pay Pal to bill us.
Can you confirm that our bronze package will be extended by the month that it was upgraded to Silver. Our Bronze package was scheduled to expire on August 25, invoice number: 20152370409 and we now expect that to end on September 25.
