Session URL: clicking next redirects you the same first page of the form, domain changes

I have this form: https://eu.jotform.com/benbennett/parent-carer-participation-grant-ap

Which has a sister form - https://form.jotformeu.com/53495226524357 to allow the saving of its progress (this isn't working very well, but I've opened another ticket for that)

I'm having an issue where I complete the first page, scroll down and click 'next' instead of going onto the next page the first page reloads and goes to the top of the page and you have to scroll down again and click next again.

I was hoping this was a known error and if there was a workaround as I think this might become a bit annoying for users.

This is because you've opted to our EU DataCenter and you are using the jotformeu.com link for your form and the system redirects you to eu.jotform.com. This is a kind of a bug.

I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for them to check further. If there are updates, you should know it here.

For now, please correct your redirect link in the email. Instead of using jotformeu.com, use eu.jotform.com. Ex:

https://eu.jotform.com/benbennett/parent-carer-participation-grant-ap?session={email}{id}
