Replying on the submitters email instead of JotForm emailAsked by Salvadore Poe on February 23, 2016 at 10:30 AM
When someone emails me through a form can I not reply to the mail and have it reply to their address and not to no reply jotform address? If so, how can I do that?
That's possible. Just set the email field from your form as the Reply-to Email. So whenever you reply to the notification you received over email, the user's email address will be automatically set as the recipient.
To do this,
1. Click the Emails button while on the form builder
2. Edit Notification
3. Click Reply-To and Recipient Settings
Another solution is to enable the "From Address" on notification. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill
