My notification e-mail for a form does not send to the correct e-mail.

    I have a contact form I built and I believe I have correctly programmed it to send me a notification to a specific e-mail, but when I test it out, it always sends it to my "default" e-mail.  How do I fix that?

    The form is at the bottom of the page on the left, but I am also having problems with the form showing up on our website page.  It will appear, and then the next time it won't.  It does not appear in Chrome, but it sporadically appears in IE.  Thoughts?

    The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account.  To test further emails, you would need to send a submission through the form:

    As for the display issue, try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code instead:
