How can I have my confirmation form that comes to my email address format with columns and rows set up like a table is set up.

    Right now it comes back to me with just lines of text, not formatted like it was when we initially set up the form (like a table format). The email confirmation also leaves out the full name of the person who has registered. Thank you for your help. PS. I do get all the info on my jotform submissions list, but it would be nice to see who's registering as they come in to my email. :)

    You will have to manually customize the E-mail template using the Editor that comes with the Notification/Autoresponder template of the form.
