    I know that I can change the font size of text in a "Free Text (HTML)" Power Tool section, but can font size also be changed in other sections?

    You can use the Inject Custom CSS to format the font size of the questions in the form.

    Here's how to add your custom css:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup & Embed'
    3. Choose 'Preferences'
    4. Select 'Form Styles'  and in the Inject Custom CSS enter your code.

    The sample code below changes the font size of the header.

    .form-label-top {font-size:10px; }

    You can install firebug to find out the css property used in the questions of the form.
