I have a form where I want to determine where the user ends up after submitting the form using conditional logic. Ideally, the user would be able to fill out the form (the data of which I do need), then would have one of four submit button options (determined by conditional logic) - each transmitting the data via email AND landing on the corresponding landing page. Is this possible?

If I understand this right, you would like the page to go to a different URL after making a submission, depending on the conditions selected. Am I correct?
If so, then what you can do is use the 'Change Thank You URL after submission' condition in your conditions option. This way, if you have the proper conditions set in place, you can then have your redirection page go to a different URL.
Or if what you mean is for your form to skip pages after selecting some conditions so that they will end up going to the final page instead, then you can use 'Skip to a page or end of the form' option.
If I failed to nail what you mean, can you please explain further the form that you have in mind?
