How to limit the number of available itemsAsked by BranfordEFC on February 23, 2016 at 01:33 PM
Hi we are using Jotforms to have parents register their kids for a sports and arts camp that our church sponsors. The arts component has a limited number of participants. How do we structure the form so that there is a limit on that option?
You can limit the number of items/tickets/slots available on your form by using our widgets, such as our Inventory widget:
We also have other widgets that provide this capability, and these widgets are Ticket Purchases and Gift Registry:
You can take a look at the following guide on How to Add a Widget to your Form. Please try one of the above widgets, and see if it is indeed working to your liking.
If you need further assistance or if you run into any snags in setting it up, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
