Uploads de arquivos não encontrados

Olá,

Fiz um formulário onde havia o upload de alguns arquivos, entretanto, todos os links que eu busco me diz que a página não foi encontrada. O que fazer?

I noticed that only two of your forms have submissions and only one of them has files uploaded.

Please check the uploads again, you should be able to load/see the files.
