How can I keep the form functioning correctly?

    Good Afternoon,

    We have a form that is used daily called "Digital Campaign Form".  I have noticed that every so often, no values will appear for some fields (i.e. the 'Impressions' field) on the email that I receive when someone submits the form, even though they were filled in.  Also, the conditional logic on the form has issues at random times as well.

    I believe the issues are usually resolved after I go in and resave the from.  Is there a way to prevent these issues from continuously happening other than being reactionary and resaving the form after the issues happen?

    With regards to the data not included in the email notification, I would suggest you update the email notification on your form, especially if the field, "Impressions", is just recently added or changed. You can update it by deleting the form field value and re-add it again after. Save the notification by clicking Finish, then save your form after.

    About your issue with the conditions set on your form, could you help us by giving us specific details of the issue you're having, please? In that way, we would be able to make necessary test and provide accurate solutions to the problem.

    Thanks for the follow up, I will try re-adding the troublesome fields.  I have done this before for a couple of the other fields and it seems to solve the issue. I was just hoping there was a way to prevent the issue from happening at all since these fields weren't added or changed recently. Perhaps once I do this for all of them, it will resolve the issue.


    As far as the conditional logic, I have noticed that the image upload button doesn't always appear when it should as the form is being filled out (Design Materials field).

    Yes, you can try to do that on your email notification, or you can also try creating a new notification as it may also solve your issue.
