Newly Created Form Won't Let Me to Submit

    I just created a new form, and it won't do anything once I click submit.

    According to my tests, the issue is occurring from the "Terms & Conditions" widgets. Please, see it from the below:

    When I remove those widgets from the form, the form submits properly. In this case, I suggest you to remove those widgets and add them again. After trying to submit your form, please do let us know the results.
