People submitted a form but I never received it.

    Several people completed the following form: https://form.jotform.com/60494494006154

    I did not receive any notifications for these forms. There is no payment required. Is there a way to see what they had started filling in?

    Hello polcousineau,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem. I also checked our email logs and the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domains to ensure the delivery of emails. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be whitelisted:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses 

    Please be noted that it is also possible to use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add custom sender in your account and set it as the "Sender Email" of your form's notification email alert. The following guides should help you:
