Allowing file type extension in file upload toolAsked by Adam Mason on February 23, 2016 at 11:08 PM
I am interested in using JotForm for my website. I intend to have a customer fill out a basic contact form along with a file upload option that integrates with my company's Google Drive.
However, when I performed a test file upload, I received an error that the filetype I added was not valid. I attempted to upload a .STL file and received the error.
Is there any way that JotForm would be able to open up the accepted filetypes that can be uploaded to Google Drive?
I cloned your form and found out that there is no "stl" file type in the file extensions allowed in upload file tool.
Please select the upload file tool and then click the "Extensions" in the top toolbar. Here, you need to add "stl" option.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
