Wordpress embed code: Unable to submit form, showing oEmbed.jotform.com/submit.php is being blocked

After I hit 'Submit' in my contact form, it stays idle and doesn't go to my Thank you page.

The site was developed in Wordpress.

It seems like the embed code fails on Wordpress, may we know how your website is built? Is your website built directly on Wordpress.com or using the files in Wordpress.org? And may we know how your are embedding the form?

Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code instead? Here's a guide on how to get the iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

You can also try the different methods mentioned here: http://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users. However, I strongly suggest using the iFrame embed code.

I have forwarded this issue to our backend team to have it checked and fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Site was developed using wordpress application hosted in GoDaddy. I am using the customizr theme/template.

I embedded the form using the wordpress way of integration.

I will try IFRAME and post back the result.

    Thanks for the prompt response.

Thank you for the additional information. I have informed our backend team about this. Rest assure that they will investigate it and work on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience, and please do let us know if you have successfully embedded the iFrame code in your website.

Please do make sure to embed the iframe embed code on the "Text" tab or on a textarea that accepts scripts and HTML codes.

I have pasted the Iframe code, and seems that it is working.

Although, now my form is showing as disabled, both in my website and in JotForms when I do preview.

Can you advise why this is the case?  Thanks.

    Hey jlruizr,

Our developers issued a fix for this bug.

Forms that are embedded through Wordpress oEmbed Plugin should be submitting without any problems now.

You can use the the plugin to embed your form again.

If you have any other questions about this process, we will be waiting to hear from you,

    Cheers.
