How can I make the results in order?

    Is there any way of ordering the results listing from first place to last depending on the score inputed. At the moment I have allowed the user to put in the placing - but then they are not necessarily in order - I would prefer to not to have the user input the placing however the system do it automatically from the score input and then to appear in order from first place to last place on the spreadsheet. Please explain how I can achieve this.

    I'm sorry that I couldn't understand your requirement with ordering the results. Do you mean to order the submission results in an Excel sheet? Could you provide us with more information with your requirement so that we can guide you in the right direction? It would be helpful if you can provide us with the screenshot.

    Hi - Sorry I perhaps did not make myself clear.

    Users will input competition scores and jotform will calculate the final results.This means there will be a list of competitors and their scores. But they are not ordered from first place to last place - they are randomly ordered.

    The form is then submitted and also sent to Google spread sheets

    Is there a way for the information to then be displayed ordered from first place to last place (first place being the highest percentage score and last the lowest)

    You can arrange the reports in ascending or descending order. 

    In the Submissions page, scroll down and you'll see the Grid Report. Click the drop down arrow in the column you and select ascending or descending. After that, you can download it as an excel or csv file.

    When you create an HTML table listing report or Grid listing report, you have an option to arrange it as well. You just need to click the arrow up or down beside the title column.
