I want to let my clients upload files, how many files they can upload and what is the maximun size allow, that files utilize my available space or that space is just for the forms by themselfs.

Actually, everything that you may need to know is found in this guide: Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit
JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file (use 1048576 value in KB to set the 1GB limit)
JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per request (submission)
File uploaded through your forms are saved in your submission page and it will go against your upload file limit. Unlike the submission count, it doesn't reset every first of every month. It will remain there as long as the submissions aren't deleted. Since your account is on a Bronze subscription, it has a limit of 10GB for the entire account.
