How to arrange uploaded images on submission page?Asked by kpinkerton on February 24, 2016 at 10:14 AMAnother question is related to functionality. We want to create a form that will be used to capture image submissions. Now, in the current view, I can view the submissions in the form of a list and even export them, but I was wondering if there was a way to get a gallery/thumbnail view that will make easier to view these submissions? If there's not a view that we can employ, perhaps a workaround that you can suggest?
Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange uploaded images get a gallery/thumbnail view.
You can download uploaded files to your computer and arrange them there.
Here are the possible solution for you to download your uploads:
1. You can download your submission records in excel and copy all the path of your uploaded files. Then you can use any download manager like DAP and add the uploaded file URLs which will start downloading the files one by one.
2. You can take advantage of our "File Downloader" app which will also allow you to download all the file together. Please be noted that you will have to download and install Ruby on the system in order to be able to use this app.
