I do suggest checking your hosting in regards to this. When you do they will be able to let you know about the issues causing the same and probably be able to find the messages and pass them into your inbox - or if not, to at least be able to make sure that all the followup emails are going through.
Looking at the logs, I see that they were all sent and no message of them failing was recorded. You can check this here: View jotform email history
When you contact your email provider or hosting company do give them the following link as well: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses to see the details that should be whitelisted for you to be able to receive emails.
