    Not Receiving Email Submissions

    We had confirmation email notifications that have stopped working altogether. We see new forms have been submitted but the notification is not coming to our email. Haven't changed settings from our end.

    Hi,

    I checked some of your forms which have received the last submissions and found that only one email address has stopped to receive submissions and that one is "linton@psfilmfest.org". Because, it has jumped in to bounce list.

    Please, check the exact date from the below:

     

    Currently, I removed that email address from the bounce list and everything should be fine now; but it could happen to you again. To prevent this issue,

    You need to be sure that your mail provider is not blocking our messages. To do that operation, you need to communicate with your server administrator. Ask them to whitelist our addresses. Please whitelist following addresses:

    amazonses.com   
    email.amazonses.com
    noreply@jotform.com

     

    Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.

     

    In addition, you can give specific form names, so we can check them as well. If the problem consist, please let us know.

    The email address you provided was indeed in our bounce list for the following reason.

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection

    I removed your email address from our bounce list.

    Please let us know if you need any more assistance.
