Can I have a form autofil information?

I want to have a form repeat certain information ie a name filled in at the top, repeats in a field further below

As far us I understand from your thread you want to autofill the information for your other field.

I will describe you with example.

Unfortunately, we don't have this feature on Jotform. However, we can fix that issue with conditions.

First of all, choose UPDATE / CALCULATE FIELD option on conditions.

Then, make the arrangements as you see below:

At that time, it will copy the field's value to desired field.
