On the free 100 submissions has been reached, what happens if further contacts try to fill out the form? Will they just not be allowed to?

    Yes, you if you have reached the limit you are not able to receive forms anymore. If you need to receive your submissions then you should purchase a subscription, you will find it on this link: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
