I can't access the files attached to a form's results at the moment it gives an error saying that the connection to files.jotforms.com has been refused. I've tried this on several computers and all get the same issue.
Is there some problem at the moment?

First of all, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. It was a temporary problem which was causing from our upload tool. Currently, the problem is fixed, please try to re-upload your image and let us know the results.
