Autoresponder: Using a cusom email sender it does not send the email

    Hi there,

     

    I created a new form and made a test submission. I realised the notification email worked but the autoresponder didn't. What could be the reason? There shouldn't be any issues with my email account. I receive other emails without a problem.

    I see that you are using a custom sender email address, I would suggest you to set the sender email address to default, so it will show if it is related to the custom sender or other factors in the form.

    If setting the default sender works, then you will need to delete your current custom email sender and add it again, this guide will help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
