Can I embed 1 form to multiple webpages?

uso el mismo formulario para varios proveedores distintos, aprox 20, es posible que al modificar uno sean modificados todos?, me seria muy útil, saludos

If I understand you correctly, you want a form to be embedded on 20 webpages and update it all at once.
