Hello! We've just upgraded our plan but the email address on the account was incorrect.

    Please can you resend the confirmation email on the upgraded plan payment to emma.parkin@aymtm.com - this is now been updated on the account too.

    Are you referring to viewing the Billing Invoice that was sent to your email as confirmation of upgrading to a subscription plan for your jotform account?

    You can actually easily view this from within your Account >>> Billing page.
