We are having an issue with the dropbox integration and our form. We have had this form integrated with our dropbox account for some time. We have noticed today that submissions are no longer being uploaded into the dropbox. In the past I was instructed to remove the integration and then re-do it. I have done this and did a test submission as well as edited a current submission, but neither of these have populated in dropbox.
Is this something that you could look into and assist with?

I created a clone of your form and could replicate the same situation, with Dropbox not creating the folders or receiving the submissions.
I created a test form and the integration worked without problems. I tested the cloned form and when I removed the Text fields and remade the integration, it started to work, so it should be a bug connected with these fields:
You can remove and add again the Text fields.
Let us know if it solved the situation.

I appreciate you doing this testing! However, I need clarification. When you say to remove and re-add the text fields, do you mean the text fields on the actual form?

I cloned your form to test it and all of your fields should work. I believe there was a delay in forwarding submission to Dropbox earlier that may have caused submissions not to be forwarded. Removing the integration and adding it back again should allow for the connection to be complete. You should not need to update your form, only the integration.
