As a person you can know that actually mail message was sent to the recipient?

You should be able to check your forms email history if they were sent successfully or not directly from your account settings. Here's a guide on how to access that feature: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
I also checked your form titled "Soporte Mesa de Ayuda", and you have errors in your autresponder.
The autresponder won't be sent to anyone because there's no email field selected on it. Please edit or update it to avoid problems.
