When do I start paying for your services?

JotForm is completely free for Basic usage. You can create forms, integrate them into your site, and collect submissions from your users without any cost.

If you reach the monthly submissions limit, you need to upgrade your account.  As a free user you have 100 submissions limit per month. It will reset counter back to zero every fırst day of the month.
