What is the process when we reach the limits for payment submissions on our form?

Hi, I just created my first form on your site...loved it...super easy too! Question...the form I created is for an event we have where people will register and pay via PayPal.  We are not sure how many people will choose to register online (they can also register via mail), so how will we be notified if we have reached our limit and need to upgrade to the $19 plan?  I don't want any downtime.

Also, if we need to upgrade to the $19, can it be month-to-month? Our event is in May, so we would not need it after that date.

    Thanks so very much!

    Shannan

Great to hear that you loved using the tool Shannan :)

Now in regards to your question, please do note that free plan has a limit of 10 payment submissions per month. Once you come near to 10 - for example to 7, you will be notified about being near the limit.

*I said for example because this depends how many payments you start receiving, but at 7-8 you should get an email. If you happen to get 6 payments few minutes apart, you will very likely receive the email at that time (at 6 emails). This happens because systems tries to predict the best time and give you enough of time to upgrade.

Now, when you are notified, it is usually the best time to upgrade as well, but the system will give you over a day time to upgrade to a paid plan before your account is locked for being over limit.

You are however sent an email with the exact date so you will know how much time you have.

The upgrades are however instant, so as soon as you make the payment you will see your account on the new plan and the OVERLIMIT status will be removed.

If you check out the pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing all of the limits and prices are expressed in the monthly timeframe. As such once you make the subscription it will renew itself after a month of time has passed until you cancel the same.

    - I would also like to mentioned that when you click on the plan you will also be able to see the options for yearly and bi-yearly plans as well if that becomes needed at some later point.

Of course we are here Shannan if anything is needed, so just let us know. :)

Is there a way to cancel all upcoming orders without having to go onto all the different forms and do it manually??
