We use a common jot form account on several computers and for around 2-3 months we have lost the ability to click and drag fields in the form.
When adding a field, it adds to the bottom of the form, then we have to right click and click "move Up" each position. Understandably this is frustrating as it takes forever.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But currenly I could not reproduce the same problem on my end.
I made a test of the drag & drop feature using your jotform http://www.jotform.co/form/60466948484874 on your account. As you can see on the video below everything was functioning as it should.
May I inquire if there were recent changes done on your network/system? Perhaps system changes had affected on how your browsers work. You can also try clearing and refreshing your browser's cache to clear out any plugins/add ons that got installed on the browser which could be causing anomaly.
Try using different browser as well. Chrome and Firefox browser were the ideal one to use.
