My jotform Creative Marketing Brief is not sending submissions.
When the marketing consultant is equal to Holley or Fran it should go to whomever is selected.
It is not going anywhere.
Is this because I'm close to my sub cap. It's been working, but just stopped in the last day or two.
This email address was in the bounce list: h*****.w****@w*******g.ca.
Here is the reason.554 Denied [c0fedc65.0.4687854.00-2280.8925855.s12p02m074.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)

If you stop receiving your email notifications again, please check if you email is in the bounce list, you may also remove it in your end: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
If the issue still persists, ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

I've had my support people whitelist our emails and "email@example.com" but the email:
f********.K********@w*******g.ca keeps getting put on the bounce list. I have removed it a couple times now.
If there a way to stop this from happening?
I checked if the email address f********.K********@w*******g.ca was still in our bounce list. It appears that it is currently not in the bounce list as of this time. This means you have successfully removed the address from the bounce list.
I also checked the email history in your account and I can see that emails are successfully sent to that address.
