I have been having trouble with the email notifications not coming through when a form is submitted. I have re-entered our emails a couple of times, and it works for a while and then stops sending the email.
I am not sure if I am not entering them correctly?
Your email was in our bounce list because of this error:Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Denied [CS] [38d7fc65.0.1979187.00-2143.4022340.p01c11m071.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)
I removed it from the bounce list, so please check and get back to us if the issue is still there.
